Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Elderella account and all associated data.
Before you proceed
This page is for deleting your entire Elderella account and all of its data. Please follow the instructions on this page to submit a request for permanent deletion.
Want to keep your account and delete only some things, such as a note, a medication, an appointment, an elder profile, or a care team member? Sign in to Elderella and delete them there. If you can't sign in, email privacy@elderella.com and we'll help.
Important: This action cannot be undone
When you delete your account, the following will happen:
- Your account will be permanently deactivated
- All personal information associated with your account will be deleted
- All elder profiles you manage will be deleted
- All care team data, notes, and appointments will be permanently removed
- You will no longer have access to any information stored in Elderella
If you are a Primary Caregiver: Deleting your account will also remove access for all care team members to the elder profiles you manage.
After you submit, we email you a link to finish deleting your account. The link expires in 1 hour. If we can't finish your request that way, our privacy team handles it within 30 days, as privacy regulations require. Either way, we send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
