These frameworks guide how we store, protect, and handle sensitive caregiving information.

We have strict agreements with our infrastructure partners, including Business Associate Agreements with Google Cloud, to ensure proper data handling at all times.

Ella, your caregiving partner, operates entirely within Google Cloud's protected environment, powered by Google Cloud's Large Language Model and Vertex AI with retrieval-augmented generation. Information shared is accessed securely and never leaves our encrypted systems.

Your privacy rights
