We maintain strict agreements with our infrastructure partners, including Business Associate Agreements with Google Cloud, to ensure proper data handling at all times.

Ella, your caregiving partner, operates entirely within Google Cloud's protected environment, powered by Google Cloud's Large Language Model and Vertex AI with retrieval augmented generation. Information shared is accessed securely and never leaves our encrypted system.
Your Privacy Rights

See the data Elderella has stored for you or your elder.
Update
Correct, update or change any information that's inaccurate.

Ask us to remove your data (except where laws require retention).

Stop receiving marketing emails or withdraw consent for data sharing.
Data retention
If you cancel your Elderella account, your data remains accessible for up to 5 years in case you return – or you can request immediate deletion.
