What kinds of things does Ella flag?

Medications, events, tasks, and care team members. If Ella picks up a care detail from a voice note, photo, chat, or your calendar, she flags it for you to confirm before adding it.

Do I have to type everything out for Ella?

No. Send a voice note, a photo of a label, or forward an email. Ella reads it and pulls out the details, with medication names and dosages filled in for you.

What happens when I add something?

It's added to your elder's care memory. Medications go to the medication list, events go to the care calendar, tasks appear in the task list, and people are added to your care team. You choose what to share with your care team.

What if I skip something by mistake?

Skipped items are removed from the queue, but the original chat, note, or document is still stored in Elderella. Submit the information again and it will reappear in your queue.

Can my care team see my review queue?

No. Your review queue is private to you. Care team members only see items after you've added them and shared them with the care team.

What if nothing shows up in my review queue?

Ella hasn't picked up any new care details yet. Try sharing something — a voice note about a recent appointment or a photo of a prescription label — and check back.
